Modern Video Games

Modern video games are immersive, engaging, and recognize achievement.  They are a relatively common gateway into the flow for people who are likely not feeling that sensation elsewhere.  However, these games are literally giving players the best learning opportunities they can find in their lives at this time.

Stock Market's Up and Down

Today and the last few days the stocks have been on a roller coaster, going down fast.  Fear strikes when I see the craziness, is it time to sell?  Many are buying gold, how secure is that really?  Will this be a long ride down? 

The good thing about stocks going down is that they are cheaper to buy.  So we buy more waiting for the good times to roll up.

Best Adsense Book?

What is the best Adsense Book?
I want to grow my IM knowledge and utilize all opportunities.
I have been reading the Adsense Code book by Joes Comm.
It is a bit vague on some of the ways to do certain applictions.  He is extremely knowledgeable to how many ways to adapt Adsense to your page.
Any other good books that would be a good starting and moving forward place?

Investing each paycheck

Been thinking of what I would have done if I bought one stock each month with the 10% of savings from the day I started working. Taking 10% of each paycheck and buying a stock. that would be 24 stocks a year, investing in those that pay a dividend would be giving a residual income.

Doing that now would still pay off.

what is a grown up?

What is a Grown Up?

- is it being able to love someone else more than yourself?

- is it being being responsible?

For those that had parents that didn't show what is was to be a healthy, content grown up, this can be a real struggle.

Even though it is hot my desire to just enjoy the garden, I spend my time with the weeds.

I love to see the plants that I planted last year and the years in the past coming back!

Working at something that pays dividends.


A lot of things pay dividends and continue to pay even as time goes by.

This is an interesting way to think of work and investments.

This is also the way of life, so many things that we say and do can pay off later.
